Paseo Blasting Informational Website

Welcome to the Paseo blasting information website. The purpose of this website is to create an online information center available to local residents. In an effort to keep the public informed with the most up-to-date information, please be aware that this material is subject to change and updates to the web site will be made when necessary.

Blasting activities started in early June 2011 and were completed on August 4, 2011. Should you have questions or concerns please contact the representatives at Barraco and Associates listed to the right.

Page 1 - Blasting Warning Notification Plan

  • Aerial photograph highlighting the 1000’, 2000’ and 1-mile blast radius boundaries.
  • Notes describing notifications as they apply to proximity to blasting area and the blast radius boundary are superimposed on the aerial photograph.

Page 2 - Blasting Plan

  • Color coded plan indicating blast package sizes as they relate to adjacent structures.
  • Notes specifying blasting protocol and permit conditions, including but not limited to blasting times, blast attendees, developer responsibility, blast records and blast intensity limitations.
