Barraco and Associates provided full civil engineering and surveying services through construction for this 444-acre residential community with 749 multi-family and 378 single family units. Services included infrastructure design including all drainage, water and sewer. Phase 1 includes approximately one mile of 24" water main, of which +/- 2,100’ was directional bore below the Six Mile Cypress Slough. Phase I of the project is complete and Phase II is anticipated to be complete late 2008 or early 2009.
