LaBelle Code Changes
Barraco and Associates provided assistance with revisions to the City of LaBelle’s zoning code to allow for the creation of a downtown and to better address issues of compatibility throughout the City. Barraco and Associates also offered suggestions for revisions to the City’s landscape ordinance.
City of LaBelle Comprehensive Planning
Barraco and Associates has also recently worked with the City and a private land owner to comprehensively plan a 5300-acre parcel comprising two-thirds of the City.
Town Commons
Barraco and Associates provided conceptual design of a “Town Commons” for the City of LaBelle. The creation of the downtown commons area included site design and landscape and hardscape plans.
