Our field personnel solve problems on site, rather than behind a desk. Examples are numerous: work is performed correctly the first time, and construction is kept on schedule and usually at a lower cost.
As your Construction Manager, Barraco and Associates, Inc. can act as your agent throughout the design and construction phases of your project. BAI will manage details including working with Architects to keep project costs down, contacting quality Contractors to inform them about the project, working with Contractors to maintain project schedule, processing contractor pay applications, and expediting Owner occupancy permits through local and state agencies.
